By participating in an Orgonise Africa Safari, you will see a richer picture of Africa than is normally presented to foreign tourists. You will meet people that you would not normally meet

What are the costs involved?

The costs depend on how many guests are coming along. The more the cheaper, but the maximum number is limited to 3 at the moment, so that we would be 4 in the vehicle in total.

The cost is also depending on wether we take the boat along or not. A boat needs a lot of petrol and that costs money. But water gifting is important and of course it's an adventure you will not forget so easily.

So, this is the  cost structure:

Dry Safaris (without Boat):

for 1 guest only: EUR 150 / day
for 2 guests: EUR  125 / day per person
for 3 guests: EUR 100 / day per person

Wet Safaris (with boat):

 for 1 guest only: EUR 200 / day
for 2 guests: EUR 160 / day per person
for 3 guests: EUR 120 / day per person

What is included in this price?
  • We fetch you from Johannesburg Airport and you will sleep in our house, or if hat's too full in a nearby lodge or bed and breakfeast place.
  • All food during the trip, no alcoholic beverages though
  • camping or simple lodging along the way including all equiment including tents, sleeping bags cooking gear.
  • All fuel costs and vehicle wear and the use of vehicle and equipment
  • Park entrance fees for national parks or wildlife reserves
  • All the orgonite we will take along
  • We bring you to the airport after the trip is finished
What is not included in this cost?
  • Your Airline ticket from wherever you live to Johannesburg, South Africa
  • Visa or other border crossing fees that apply per person. (the vehicle is covered for this type of cost)
  • Any accident-, medical-, travel- or other insurance the participant wants to take out. Please note: we are not a licensed Safari Operator.  So this is a private trip where you pay me a private cost contribution and participate entirely at your own risk, just as if you were visiting a friend and join him on a private round tour.
What to expect:

Orgonise Africa expeditions can sometimes be quite tough in terms of distances covered and the work involved to get the orgonite where it's needed. They are not like typical tourist safaris, but I think they are much more rewarding. Of course we will take a break here and there for some real good old fashioned sightseing and relaxing.
Even though all food and accomodation is included, participants are expected to share in all the work that has to be done on such a trip, from cooking and dish washing to packing the car again in the morning. It's part of the fun!
Of course it can also be discussed before we start, wether you want to rather strain yourself and cover as much ground as possible or enjoy the trip at a more relaxed pace.

Next planned trips:
Boat Safari through Northern Mozambique and Malawi, hopefully covering Lake Malawi and the Cahora Bassa Reservoir on the Zambesi. Possible return route through Zambia with a visit to the wild, wild, South Luangwa National Park. This will depend on your time and budget constraints..

Future Projects

Boat Safari Northern Zambia and Tanzania, launching the boat on Lake Tanganyika, possibly going up to Rwanda and Burundi. This could also be done by using the existing ferry MS Liemba that transverses all of Lake Tanganyika.
